Can we make them stand on one foot?

After the great Democratic Party primary debacle, what do you do with Michigan and Florida? Today Obama asked the DNC credentials committee to fully seat these rogue states. Yet it still begs the question, how can a party carry out it's rules if they just can't be enforced? What do you think, fully seated or not?

I believe your compromise is the best method: make the Floridian and Michiganian delegations stand on one foot. Of course, I understand that there are some delegates who are not in the best of health, due to chance or age, and so we would make accommodations. Perhaps they could have a short stool or peg leg of sorts with adequate padding as to allow them to remain on one foot with minimal ill effects to their health.
